March Through the Arch purpose | parade route | speakers | news release | schedule | guidelines The purpose of the March Through the Arch is to garner public attention to the ever-emerging number of traditionally Christain believers who identify with the people of Israel. These people, known Biblically as Ephraim, assert that their religious and historical heritage is directly linked to those traditionaly recognized as members of Israel; the Jewish people. Ther desire is to show their support for the nation of Israel as well as declare their common identity with the Jewish people. (For additional information on the people of Ephraim, click here.) The Gateway Arch in St. Louis is known as the "Gateway to the West." This event signifies the return of Ephraim to the commonwealth of Israel, which relates to the Biblical prophecy that God's children will be reunited, having come "from the west" (Hosea 11:10). This event is tailored to create a heightened profile for our movement that will allow our message to be heard throughout the world. Come prepared to take a formal and public stance for your beliefs. |
